Caleb Ferreri is the owner and head Taxidermist at Outlaw Taxidermy.
Caleb is an avid hunter and has been pursuing great trophies of all types for over 15 years. His desire for hunting is what sparked his interest in taxidermy. He has studied the newest and latest methods in the taxidermy industry for years. Most of his skills have been self taught, but his extensive training has been with two of Austin’s top Taxidermists.
He began by doing many of his own mounts and then slowly began receiving requests from friends and family to do their mounts. After much encouragement, he opened his taxidermy shop in Hutto, Texas and began doing what he loves for other customers.
Outlaw Taxidermy's primary goal is to produce the most realistic and lifelike mounts. We also want to make the mount capture that special moment in time when you and your trophy came together. From start to finish every mounted specimen is completely handmade. All materials and specimens are hand sculptured, engineered, assembled and painted. Quality takes time; it is the very nature of handmade artwork. We are here to offer you the finest, not the fastest or mass-produced product.
